Many people describe Reiki as calming, soothing, or like a wave of warmth and peace. It can help reduce stress, ease tension, and create space for healing on all levels.
A little history
Reiki began in Japan in the early 1900s with a man named Mikao Usui. The word Reiki comes from Rei (universal) and Ki (life energy)—the same life force that flows through all of us. Reiki isn’t tied to any religion or belief system—it simply meets you where you are, offering support and balance.
